HALL, Justice.
This is a compensation suit brought by W. D. Belcher against Traders and General Insurance Company to recover compensation alleged to be due him under the Workmen’s Compensation Law, Vernon’s Ann.Civ.St. art. 8306 et seq., for injuries sustained by him in the course of his employment with F. D. Jones or F. D. Jones Drilling Company, and he alleged that appellant was the compensation insurance carrier of Jones.
