On January 15, 1919, a petition was filed in the superior court of the county of Sacramento to have W. L. Bundy declared- an incompetent person, and for the appointment of a guardian of his person and estate. Upon due notice to the said W. L. Bundy and after proceedings duly had, said court on or about the sixth day of March, 1919, made and entered its judgment adjudging that said W. L.
