OPINION OF THE COURT ON RECONSIDERATION

GILLEY, Senior Judge:

Contrary to his pleas, the appellant was convicted by a general court-martial of three specifications of larceny, four specifications of making a false claim, and one specification of false swearing, violations of Articles 121, 132, and 134 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. *804§§ 921, 932, and 934 (1982). His approved sentence consists of confinement for 18 months, forfeiture of $1,000.00 pay per month for 48 months, and a fine of $5,000.00. We issued an opinion in this case on 11 October 1989.
