NAUGHTON, Senior Judge:
Contrary to his pleas, the appellant was convicted by a general court-martial composed of members of conspiracy to obstruct justice, violation of a lawful general regulation, larceny (thirteen specifications), forgery, making a false claim (two specifications), conduct unbecoming an officer, obstruction of justice, and failure under 18 U.S.C. § 643 (1982) to account for public funds, in violation of Articles 81, 92, 121, 123, 132, 133, and 134 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 881, 892, 921, 923, 932, 933, and 934 (1982)…
