OPINION OF THE COURT

HEAD, Judge:

Contrary to his pleas, the appellant was-convicted by a general court-martial, composed of officer members, of wrongful use of methamphetamine and false swearing, in violation of Articles 112a and 134, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. §§ 912a, 934. His approved sentence is a bad-conduct discharge, 12 months’ confinement, and reduction to E-l. The appellant claims the military judge committed prejudicial error in failing to grant a motion to dismiss the false swearing charge for failure to state an offense.
