Plaintiff Kathy Santana appeals the district court’s grant of summary judgment dismissing her gender discrimination claims against the City and County of Denver, Colorado (the “City”). Santana, a sergeant with the Denver Sheriffs Depart ment, claims disparate treatment and disparate impact discrimination under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-2, et seq., state law breach of contract for failure to promote, and error by the district court in its discovery rulings.
