Judgment was entered upon a jury verdict in favor of plaintiff Bruce Anderson, a minor, and against defendants Doris Anderson and Thomas Latimer. Plaintiff’s claim arose out of a two-car automobile collision. He was a passenger in a vehicle being operated by his mother, defendant Doris Anderson. He was injured when the Anderson vehicle was struck broadside by one being operated by defendant Thomas Carlton La-timer. The jury verdict found defendants equally at fault.
