Plaintiffs James A. and Brian D. Phelps, by their guardian ad litem Sharon Phelps, appeal from the summary judgment granted in favor of defendant Allstate Insurance Company (Allstate).

The only issue we resolve is whether the family exclusion clause of the automobile insurance policy issued to plaintiffs’ father complies with the statutory limitations on permissible exclusions contained in Insurance Code section 11580.1, subdivision (c)(5).
