Appellant, Parker Brothers Company, Ltd., is a partnership association organized under the statute (2 Comp. Laws 1929, § 9909 et seq.), and defendant Edward J. Tisdelle is its president and general manager, owning all but two of its 5,000 shares of capital stock. Plaintiff, a former employee of the defendant company, brought suit to recover the value of 50 shares of capital stock, having a par value of $5,000.
