It is alleged in the complaint that the plaintiff’s testator, who died December 21,1956, loaned a stated sum to the defendants which they agreed to repay on demand, and that at the time of the making of the loan, the defendants executed and delivered to the decedent their promissory note, dated September 6, 1950, for the amount of the loan, payable on demand.
