SOBELOFF, Chief Judge,

The question presented is as to the jurisdiction of the District Court over a foreign corporation in a libel filed by a seaman who sustained injuries while a *548member of the crew of the corporation’s vessel. The injury occurred in the territorial waters of the district. This appeal is from the court’s decision quashing service of process and dismissing the libel.
