In the instant case, this conrt must determine the effect to be given to the Maryland default judgment in the Ohio courts.
The judgment of a sister state’s court, which is entitled to such full faith and credit as it would receive in the courts of the state in which it was made, may be collaterally attacked if the assertion of jurisdiction over the defendant violated the due process clause of the Fourteenth Amendment.
