OPINION AND ORDER
MARBLEY, District Judge.
I. INTRODUCTION
This matter is before the Court on the Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss Plaintiffs Ohio Public Policy Claim, filed with the Court on July 26, 2001. On August 8, 2001, the Plaintiff filed a Motion to Certify to the Ohio Supreme Court the question of whether the Plaintiffs public policy claim should be dismissed. On March 4, 2002, this Court denied the Plaintiffs Motion to Certify, and ordered that the Plaintiff respond to the Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss.
