POPOVICH, J.:

¶ 1 This is an interlocutory appeal of Appellant Limestone County Board of Education (“Limestone”) of the order of the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas, which overruled Limestone’s preliminary objections to the trial court’s personal jurisdiction. Upon review, we conclude that the exercise of in personam jurisdic*1209tion in these circumstances was unconstitutional. Accordingly, we reverse and remand for proceedings consistent with this opinion.
