April Mendel appeals from the March 17, 2011 and March 21, 2011 orders of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County, sustaining the preliminary objections filed by Underwood Memorial Hospital (“Underwood”) and Doctor Robert Ocasio, M.D. asserting lack of personal jurisdiction in Pennsylvania.
