ALBERTSON, Senior Judge:

Contrary to his pleas, appellant was convicted by a general court-martial composed of officer and enlisted members of violations of Articles 80 (conspiracy), 92 (violation of a lawful order), 125 (sodomy), and 134 (false swearing, wrongful sexual intercourse, and wrongful furnishing of alcohol to minors), of the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. §§ 880, 892, 925, and 934, respectively. Appellant was sentenced to confinement for 4 years, forfeiture of all pay and allowances, reduction to pay grade E-l, and a dishonorable discharge. The convening…
