John F. Allen, a Virginia inmate proceeding pro se, has filed a petition for a writ of habeas corpus, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254, challenging his conviction of two counts each of abduction and robbery, and one count of each of the following: breaking and entering while armed with a deadly weapon, assault by mob, malicious wounding, wearing a mask in public, and conspiracy to commit breaking and entering while armed with a deadly weapon.
