This is .an action in ejectment, instituted by George R. E. Monk and Anna Monk, his wife^ appellants, against Ered Duell, Ella Duell, his wife, and Relson Duell, respondents, to recover possession of certain real estate in *404King county. Erom a judgment in favor of respondents this appeal has been taken.
