TAYLOR, Justice.
A putative insured contends that the district court erred in granting summary judgment in this dispute concerning the existence of insurance coverage. The putative insured claims he orally arranged for insurance coverage by informing an agent of a vehicle acquisition. The insurer never issued a policy for the vehicle and the putative insured never paid any premiums for insuring that vehicle.
