Katie Fixico Freeman lived in Okmulgee, Okla., and owned an 8-cylinder Buick automobile. Rex MeGilberry lived in her home. On July 12, 1931, Katie Fixico Freeman, accompanied by several other persons. went in said automobile, driven by Rex MeGilberry, to an Indian stomp dance near Henryetta. . . ; ,
