Appeal from a judgment of the superior court for Walla Walla county, Miller, J., entered June 6, 1911, upon findings in favor of the plaintiff, in an action for cancellation of mortgages.

This action was brought by the plaintiff, to set aside and cancel six certain real estate mortgages securing the payment of six promissory notes aggregating $125,-600. These notes and mortgages were executed by the Hollon Parker Company, a corporation, by O. G. Parker, its secretary, and are now held by the receiver of the Walla Walla Fire Insurance Company, an insolvent corporation.
