Appellant, GAF Materials Corporation (“GAF”), appeals from judgment entered on the order of December 15, 1997 in the Court of Common Pleas of Schuylkill County denying GAF’s motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict. GAF challenges the trial court’s order denying its motion on the ground the court erred in finding Appel- lee Chris Antz’s claims were not time-barred. We find Mr. Antz’s claims based on the express warranty were not time barred under 13 Pa.C.S.A. § 2725 because the complaint was filed within four years after discovery of defects in the shingles.…
