The plaintiffs, Patrick Munroe, Loren Munroe, John Palluzzi and Marcia Palluzzi, appeal from the judgment of the trial court affirming the denial by the defendant1 zoning board of appeals of the town of Branford (board) of the plaintiffs’ appeal of the zoning enforcement officer’s decision to issue a certificate of zoning compliance and the building official’s decision to reissue a building permit to the defendant Thomas Simjian.
