Error is claimed in this case by plaintiff-appellant. She is the widow of a decedent who died of a “heart attack” while at work in the manufacturing plant of the defendant-appellee. The claim *228was filed with the workmen’s compensation department. The hearing referee awarded the death benefit provided in the act.1 The workmen’s compensation appeal board reversed and disallowed the award. The case is before ns on our leave granted.

The scope of our review has been legislatively limited. The findings of fact of the appeal board are conclusive in the absence of fraud.2
