This action was brought to recover damages for fraud resulting from a real estate transaction. The cause was tried to the court and a jury, and resulted in a verdict in favor of the plaintiff in the sum of $2,500. The defendants moved for judgment notwithstanding the verdict, and, in the alternative, for a new trial. The motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict was overruled, and the motion for new trial was denied, conditioned upon the plaintiff accepting a judgment for $2,400, which she did.
