Appeal from a judgment of the superior court for King county, Dykeman, J., entered February 25, 1914, upon the verdict of a jury rendered in favor of the plaintiffs, in an action for fraud.

This action was brought by the purchasers of the lease and furniture of a hotel against the vendor for damages because of alleged fraudulent representations. The cause was tried to the court and a jury, and resulted in a verdict of $7,500 in favor of the plaintiffs. A judgment was *475entered upon the verdict, from which judgment the appeal is prosecuted.
