In a bench trial, defendant was found guilty of two counts of criminal sexual conduct in the third degree, MCL 750.520d; MSA 28.788(4). On July 2, 1985, defendant was sentenced to a prison term of from 44 to 180 months. Defendant appeals by right, raising three issues, one of which requires reversal.
