This is a petition for enforcement of an order of the National Labor Relations Board issued against Joseph Sidran, doing business under the name of Sidran Sportswear, on January-25, 1949. Respondent is engaged in the manufacture of ladies’ sportswear at its plant in Brown-wood, Texas, and it-is without dispute that jurisdiction of this labor dispute exists under the Act.
