This Social Security Supplemental Security Income (“SSI”) and Social Security Disability (“SSD”) appeal comes before the court in an unusual posture. The parties agree that the Commissioner has failed, at Step Five of the sequential evaluation process, see 20 C.F.R. §§ 404.1520, 416.920; Goodermote v.
