MEMORANDUM

TAURO, District Judge.

This case arises under 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), as a review of a denial of disability benefits by the Social Security Administration.

I. Background:

On January 26, 1996, Plaintiff filed an application for disability insurance benefits. After receiving a denial of her initial application and a denial of her Request for Reconsideration, Plaintiff requested a hearing before an Administrative Law Judge (“ALJ”).
