This appeal involves a dispute over an award of damages for breach of a construction contract. The appellants, Bill and Marie Gilbert, argue that the district court — in its order on remand from a previous decision of this Court — did not properly determine the amount of damages resulting from breach of a contract for the construction of a sewer line across the Gilbert’s property.
