INTRODUCTION

Defendants JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. (“Chase”) and Deutsche Bank National Trust Company (“Deutsche”) seek to dismiss as meritless, lacking necessary elements and time barred pro se plaintiffs Andes Vega and Fabiola Vega’s (collectively “plaintiffs’ ”) eleven claims arising from first and second mortgage loans secured by their Tulare residence (“property”).
