Plaintiff-appellant Villager Pond, Inc. (“Villager Pond”) appeals from a judgment entered on April 29, 1994 in the United States District for the District of Connecticut (Dorsey, J.) dismissing its complaint for failure to state a claim under 42 U.S.C. § 1983.
