{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Johnathan M. Yeaples, appeals the judgment of the Tiffin Municipal Court denying his motion to suppress evidence. On appeal, Yeaples argues that the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress the results of his breath test because the state failed to prove substantial compliance with the Ohio Department of Health regulations governing the administration of breath tests.
