FROEB, Judge.

In this case, the court is asked to determine when the statute of limitations begins to run against one having a claim for conversion of his personal property by another without the owner’s knowledge.

Clarence O. Jackson was involved for many years in litigation with Sears, Roebuck and Co. over lengthy, complicated and burdensome legal issues, all beginning with a purchase he made in 1953 from Sears.
