Plaintiff, Barbara Bourne, appeals from the reformation of a deed and from the dismissal of an accompanying legal malpractice action. We reverse and remand.
Plaintiff Bourne (Bourne) entered into negotiations with the defendants Patrick and Sherry Lajoie for the sale of her farm in the late summer of 1981. According to town records and aerial photographs, the farm consisted of two hundred forty-eight unsurveyed acres. The farm was made up of two parts: the home farm, which contained one hundred eighteen acres, and the Carpenter Hill Farm, which contained one hundred thirty acres.
