Certiorari to review a decision of the Industrial Commission awarding benefits against relator-employer to respondent-employee.

Dorothy Hosking, employee of Metropolitan House Movers Corporation, was injured while in such employ on October 18, 1961, through the collapse of the secretarial chair on which she was sitting. The record indicates that the steel posts in the back of the chair hit the floor and, as a result, struck her in the back.
