Maureen Stennette was injured when she was bitten multiple times by Robin Miller’s dog, Milo, while Stennette was at Miller’s house providing nursing services to Miller’s elderly mother, Helen Amonds, who also lived in the house. Stennette appeals from the trial court’s grant of summary judgment to Miller in Stennette’s personal injury action.
