The appealing defendants object to the form of the special verdict upon which the judgment against them is based in the following particulars: As to speed, and with respect to management and control, “on the grounds that the sole question involved in this lawsuit is whether or not the drivers yielded one half of the traveled portion of the highway.” It is appellants’ contention that if Machotka yielded one half of the traveled portion of the highway, then there could be no responsibility on his part as to speed or management and control.
