Two cases growing out of an automobile collision on a highway were submitted to a jury for decision upon a single special verdict. In one case Harry M. Zigler sought recovery for damages to an automobile owned by him which was injured in the collision allegedly through the negligence of George William Kinney, driver of the other car. In the other case, Harry M. Zigler, as administrator of the estate of his son, William H. Zigler, sought recovery for the personal injuries of the son received in the collision, and for the damages sustained by his parents through his death which later resulted…
