This is a Rule 37 case. The appeal is from an interlocutory order denying to the Gulf (Gulf Oil Corporation) a temporary writ enjoining drilling of and production from a second well upon a 2.64-acre tract, known as the Hawkins lease, in the East Texas Oil Field, permit to drill which had been granted by the Railroad Commission upon application of appellees York and Lawléy, to whom we refer as applicants.
