Pursuant to his pleas, appellant was convicted by a military judge sitting as a general court-martial of drunk driving, violation of a lawful general regulation, obstructing justice, conspiracy to obstruct justice, wrongful appropriation of a military vehicle, and aggravated assault in violation of Articles 111, 92, 134, 81, 121 and 128, Uniform Code of Military Justice 10 U.S.C. §§ 911, 892, 934, 881, 921, 928, [hereinafter UCMJ], respectively.
