The matter before the Court is an 11 U.S.C. § 1307(c) motion to dismiss this bankruptcy case for “cause,” filed by Sioux Falls Attorney Scott M. Perrenoud on behalf of Terry D. Wieczorek, Guardian of the Estate of Oriole Kjellsen [hereinafter “Movant”], and resisted by Huron, South Dakota, Attorney John B.
