MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

JERRY VENTERS, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter comes before the Court on the Motion for Appointment of Guardian ad Litem or Next Friend of Debtor filed by the Trustee, Steven C. Block, on August 17, 1999.

Marilyn M. Moss (“Debtor” or “Moss”) filed for protection under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code on August 6, 1998. From its inception, this case has been marked by bizarre occurrences and complicated by the Debtor’s unusual behavior.
