This matter is before the Court by way of an objection filed by the Chapter 13 trustee, Mark W. Swimelar, Esq. (“Trustee”), on November 22, 1994. Trustee seeks a denial of confirmation of the Chapter 13 plan (“Plan”) of Joseph D. Klevorn (“Debtor”), as well as a dismissal of Debtor’s case.
