This case is before this Court pursuant to petitioners’ request for a writ of prohibition and mandamus. 1 Petitioners seek to prohibit the Circuit Court of Mingo County, the Honorable Elliott E. Maynard presiding, from enforcing an order entered on December 1, 1989, which directed that petitioners must provide defendants with written reports from each expert witness expected to testify at trial.
