In the instant ease, the appellee, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources Employees Federal Credit Union (“Credit Union”), filed a complaint against the appellant, Cynthia Tennant, on August 1, 2000, in the Magistrate Court of Kanawha County, alleging that as a result of her delinquent debt, Ms. Tennant breached her agreement on a revolving MasterCard credit account.
