This case involves a claim made by B.F. Specialty Company (“appellant”), 1 a wholesale grocery and tobacco distributor located in north central West Virginia, against a competitor, Charles M. Sledd Company (“ap-pellee”), whose principal offices are located in the northern panhandle of West Virginia.
