The plaintiff in this action of trespass arising out of a collision between his automobile and the defendant’s trolley car recovered a verdict for personal injuries and property damage on which a judgment was entered. In this appeal following a denial of defendant’s motion to enter judgment in its favor n.o.v. the sole question raised is whether the testimony did not conclusively 'show that the plaintiff was guilty of contributory negligence.
