This is an action brought to rescind a contract entered into* between the appellant Ereeman and the respondent Gloyd, acting on behalf >of the appellant Vermilye, for the sale of certain real property, and to* recover the money paid on the purchase price pursuant to the terms of the contract. The court entered a judgment of rescission in favor of the appellant Ereeman against all of the defendants, and against the appellant Vermilye for the paid ptortion of the purchase pricey but denied her the right to recover such purchase price against Gloyd.
